*Pork Maple Marinade*

1 1/2 pounds pork chops

1/2 cup maple syrup

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 teaspoons orange zest

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Combine all and pour over pork. Refrigerate and marinade over night. Roast @ 325-350'F for 40 minutes. Drizzle extra sauce over pork and serve.
