*Maple Dijon Cream Dressing*

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup 1/2 + 1/2

1 tbsp. dijon mustard

2 1/2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp. maple syrup

1/8 t. salt

1 clove garlic

Crush garlic in garlic press and whisk all ingredients together for dressing.
